Derek said this business is lacking in communication. He said he did not receive a phone call when his vehicle was finished. He had to call the business to find out the cost of his repairs, how long they would take, and when it was finished. Derek noted there was a part not put into his vehicle for his radio, so he had to return to the business a second time for resolution.
