Spoke with Karen. She said this business was great and they did a good job. She has to return her vehicle for a second corrective visit because the back passenger side door is not closing properly. She was told because the insurance company wanted certain kinds of parts there was a delay when parts ordered had to be returned and reordered. She does not hold this business responsible for the delay and stated these things were out of their control. The initial estimate was $9,500 but the final cost was $14,400. The insurance company would have totaled the vehicle but this business had already invested time in repairs, so the insurance company agreed to complete it. The personnel were wonderful and she would absolutely recommend this business to others. She has used this business for years and so has her family.
