Spoke with Michael. He said Jason had excellent relationship skills. He appreciated how Jason presented everything to him and how Jason would give him copies of all paperwork. Jason went out of his way to get his business. Michael was not satisfied with the lack of being informed. He dropped off his vehicle after hours and did not hear from this business whether they had the vehicle or not so he called them on the third or fourth day to check up on his vehicle. He would have liked this business to call him first. His only contact at this business was with Jason so the communication with him was great otherwise he did not have any communication with anyone else. He would absolutely recommend this business to others. This business won him over because of excellent customer service skills and they showed him that they really wanted his business.
