First I would like to take a moment to go through this step by step of the issues that occurred. Your vehicle was brought into our shop on 5/27/2016 we did the transmission and the repairs it needed. You came back to the shop with some concerns with the vehicle on 6/16/2016 at this time we found that the vehicle was having communication issues as we were looking into them we had finally got the scanner to communicate and codes pulled up p0603- cam error, p1139- water in fuel, c1155- lt speed sensor fault, p1876- transfer case 2wd fault,b1352- ignition key in fault, b2425 remote key out of sync. As these being electrical we advised for the vehicle to go to Chandler Auto Electric to figure out the problem. After that we did not hear anything until recently. The vehicle was brought into our shop to see what had happened as our diagnosis came to conclusion the Converter had failed as it was over the warranty period it was also an issues due to the company that had supplied us with the Converter had been dissolved as in no longer in business. We then went over this with you and you decided to take the vehicle to another shop as there you was told the transmission was installed incorrectly Just so you know the transmission was not in the vehicle nor was the Converter it was in its own separate box. So I am unsure how that conclusion was made that is was installed incorrectly.
