Friendly and courteous
I like the fact that Dan, listens to me and doesn't treat me like a typical women. I do know some things about cars. And we can agree if we feel something is going to go wrong or if I need something in the future. Other places would be like it needs to be done now or would try to get over and sell you something or work you don't need. I like the respect. I am old school and I appreciate that. Everyone is friendly.
