Mr. Revelli was informed about the potential problem when his vehicle was in our shop. He declined the repair at that time due to the cost. Unfortunatley the vehicle broke down [like we thought it would] soon after he picked up the vehicle. We have been in contact with the customer several time to talk to him about the situation. We feel it is our responsibility as a shop to ALWAYS inform the customer of potential problems with their vehicle. The safety of our customer is very important to us! Ultimately it is the customer decision whether they want to fix thier vehicle or not.
