Patrick and his father came in originally asking about the Washington State Emissions failure procedure due to them just failing. After their numerous question were answered they set up an appointment for the next working day. After Patrick's father dropped the vehicle off, the vehicle was diagnose with estimates for all codes on emissions paper. Patrick's father was the one we were told to contact for approval on repairs. He expressed they weren't able to afford any repairs at this time, but would like to add an oil change to the vehicles bill, and that they would need to get through on the waiver process if possible. When Patrick and his father came in to get the vehicle, they were given 4 estimates to repair the vehicle when they could. Patrick's father became upset that no repairs were made other than the oil change and that they still had to pay $150 to get through the waiver process. All of this was explained to him a third time before they had left the shop. In no way, shape or form do we here at Skyline feel like they weren't given answers to their concerns. We always try to go above and beyond with all customers.

Joseph said he was very pleased with this business and he will return. Past experiences at other repair facilities have left him not trusting them but this one is so different. He is not only satisfied with the service. The receptionist played with his 2 and a half year old vehicle. They also have a great play area for kids. They have popcorn, snack and water in the waiting room.

"Highly recommend"
John, the owner of this shop, has been taking care of my vehicles for over six years, first at a neighborhood shop and now at his own garage. I sought him out at his new shop after he left the last place. He is a rare breed. I trust him entirely with my cars. For those of us who don’t know car repair, it can be intimidating going to a garage. We’ve all been to places where you go in to repair one problem, and walked out the door with an estimate way beyond the budget. John is not a salesperson - he will give you an honest assessment of what is needed and what is not and work within your budget. He has maintained and repaired our usual daily vehicles, an Infiniti and a Volvo, and has nursed an old Landcruiser back to life. Over the years he has handled every kind of maintenance and repair job ranging from the regular oil change to putting in a new transmission without any problem. Finally, he is a nice guy and very easy to work with.
