I received the same friendly service even though I can in right before closing and was able to get a pass due oil change and tire rotation before getting on the highway the next morning. Thanks you Smart Hyundai.

"This dealership seems to put the customer first."
I had an concern with my last vehicle service. This dealership worked extremely well with me correcting the issue. I think they were genuinely concerned about the issue and wanted to make me completely satisfied, which they did.

I would like to appologize for our mistake not reinstalling your oil filler cap after your service visit. We always want to make sure that when we perform small repairs all the way up to major repairs that when we get completed your vehicle is left like it was straight from the factory. We have met with the service tech that performed your repair and made sure that he goes over the proper procedure every time to prevent things like this from happening. I have talked to the service advisor and instructed him to get your vehicle back to the dealership so that we can have our detail department clean your engine with a degreaser that will remove all the residue left from the oil. Thank you for taking the time to let me know about your visit. We always want you to have a great customer experience whenever you bring your vehicle in for service. I understand your concern about the noise coming from your vehicle. Our service team at Smart Hyundai go through several hours of training each year to learn about all of the vehicles Hyundai has. This training also involves courses on tires. In some instances it does not require a technician to diagnose the vehicle. We try to keep your cost down and if the advisor can save you the expense of having a tech look at the vehicle. We will be glad to have our tech look at your vehicle if you would like him to.
