I came to Sound Ford with a year, make and model in mind. I was immediately greeted by Ben B. who showed me to the car that I was interested in. He only tried to upsell me once which was appreciated as most other dealerships/salesmen keep hounding you to purchase something that is well above your stated budget. After some brief haggling over the discounts, we arrived at an agreeable price. After that it was only a matter of waiting on 2 other customers that were ahead of me in the financing department. All in all, I only spent about 2 hours of my Sunday at the dealership and drove away in a brand new car.
