I was stuck on the side of the HWY and was towed to SPH. The service rep greeted me at arrival and offered me the shuttle service immediately. The shuttle took some time, but the driver was very nice and a very safe driver. The rep contacted me with the work needed and made sure to find my extended warranty through an outside vendor to save me big money. I was told the work would take until sometime the following day. They called me early morning the following day and told me it was ready! Pick up was very easy and I paid the amount originally quoted. Great service!
