Warranty Investigation
The Southpoint team was very thorough even scheduled time for a Hyundai engineer to look at my car. I usually do most of my own work on my cars and worked in manufacturing for years. The explanation of all issues was thorough and reasonable. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
