Spoke with Tom. He said they stayed in communication with them. They had to drop the vehicle off early and they were able to start working on it earlier. They were informative of what they were doing. He had a concern about the hood. It had a marking that was questionable because of timing. The insurance would not cover it, but they tried to buff it out and they did something extra. He had a concern after picking up the vehicle about the ride. He went back and a technician rode with him. He told him it was not accident related. He brought it to his regular mechanic who told him the technician was correct. He said he knows if it was accident related they would have taken care of the issue.
