Bernard said he had to bring his vehicle back to this business because the rubber part on the windshield was not put on properly. He was told the repair would take one day to complete, however it took four days total but he did not specify why. Erin, the person at the front desk, was really surprised he was told one day. She kept him well informed and let him know what was going on.
