Ruth said she was not as happy as she was the first time. She brought the vehicle in because she was rear ended which damaged the fuel tank. They were supposed to give her a call after they checked the fuel pump and catalytic converter. Her husband isn't convinced they checked it out because the vehicle is much louder and more rough than before. However, she was not satisfied with the communication because she dropped off the vehicle Thursday and didn't hear back from anyone until the following Wednesday. They told they would call her and soon as they took the vehicle apart but they never called. Her husband talked to them Friday and stated his concerns but nobody got back to him. She said they were not kept informed about anything but the repairs were great. Nobody can tell they were hit at all because it looks great. She would definitely recommend this business based on the repairs but she just wasn't happy with not being informed.
