Jessica said she was somewhat satisfied with her experience because this business did not call her to let her know what was going on with her vehicle. She is unsure if her vehicle was ready when promised because she did not receive a promise date until she contacted the business and they informed her the vehicle would be ready that day. She was not kept adequately informed and was not satisfied with the communication for reasons already stated.
