Janet said this business does excellent work, but every time she would call about her vehicle, they would tell her different dates, and different reasons the vehicle was not done. There was no promise date on her vehicle, but she was told it was taking so long, due to a parts delay. She was not kept updated until the end of the visit, and the gentlemen that prepared her estimate did not give an accurate estimate.
