Derrick said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair to his fender, but since he got his vehicle back the trunk will not open regardless of if he tries to open it with his key or the interior button. He has to access his trunk through his back seat. There was a silver piece on his interior door handle that is now missing. His vehicle was not ready when promised, it was pushed back a few days. He did not elaborate on the reason why it was delayed. He was not kept adequately informed and he was not satisfied with the business’ communication because he had to initiate all communication. He had to call to find out how much the estimate was going to be and he had to call to find out when his vehicle would be ready.
