Kevin said there was a lack of communication and they did not keep him updated about the repair. He said he heard more from his insurance company than from this business. He said the people are good. At first he was told his vehicle would be ready in a week and a half, but the work took three weeks. The adjustor came out and found more work that needed to be done. He did not communicate with the business, he only spoke with Julia. He said his wife and sister-in-law also had work done at this business. He was pleased with the work this business did on their vehicles and it was good. He was happy with everything.
