Robert said his vehicle was delayed several times. It took them 2 and half weeks longer to repair his vehicle than what they expected. The insurance company was making them use after market parts, which wouldn't fit. They went through 3 hoods, 2 fenders and a radiator. The insurance company finally allowed them to use Honda parts.
