Stacie said she had to take her vehicle in for a second visit due to the alignment not being done and the lights not lining up right. Due to a delay with the insurance company having to reorder parts for her vehicle it was past the estimated promise time that was given to her. She stated the insurance company gave her an estimate of the 16th of December her vehicle would be done but did not get her vehicle done till the 19th of January.

Stacie brought her car back for a pull after the repairs were completed. We did perform an alignment on the car prior to her picking it up . we rotated her tires on the spot which corrected the pull. This car had $10,000 in repair which took us 30 days to complete due to a few parts ordering issues. Her insurance company made the descision to repair the car . We aim to perform high level repairs with great customer service. Sorry for the delay.
