Sam said his experience was pretty good, but not great. There was some miscommunication about when his vehicle would be ready. He said at first he was told the work would take a day, but then he was told the vehicle would be ready a couple of days later. He said he went out of town later, only to find out that the work was finished in one day and they had not told him.
