Jerry said he was not satisfied with the delays to getting his vehicle back. He had to keep his rental longer and he was not happy with that. The delays happened because the light fixture that was ordered came in broken twice so he got his vehicle back 4 or 5 days after the promised day. His vehicle is still not complete and he has to take it back because a piece is broken under his rear back tire. He is very disappointed with the quality of the repair because of the reasons mentioned. He said he had brought his vehicle in before the Christmas holiday to get his estimate but did not leave it because they were backed up with other vehicles. He stated that he told them he would return in January. He thought they would have ordered the parts and be prepared for him but they were not very accommodating to him. He found it suspicious that every time he called to get a status update they would tell him a part had come in broken. He added that the staff was very friendly but he thought it was unacceptable that when the part came in and he was called, he could not take his vehicle in because Julia told him not today because she was leaving early. He does not like that he had to accommodate this business instead of the business accommodating him. He will not recommend this business to others because he has dealt with other body shops that have given him 100 percent service and this business was very disappointing.
