Spoke with Anthony. He said he and Hubert weren't satisfied with the quality because of the following things. The personnel didn't put the fender wheel rubber mat back on. The striping tape was crooked. The damaged scrape guard was not replaced with a new one. The personnel tried to keep Hubert adequately informed, but it does no good to tell the customer their vehicle is ready early if the mats and guards aren't done. His mother was not satisfied with the way the personnel treated her after she voiced these complaints. Anthony said that Hubert would possibly recommend the business, but that is because he is just that kind of nice person. Anthony would not recommend them because he wasn't satisfied with the quality.
