Curtis said he has used this business for years, but this visit was not the best. The vehicle was ready a week and a half late because of parts problems. This business called to inform him about the delay, but it was inconvenient because of the rental vehicle and other personal transportation issues he encountered. The work was excellent, as usual, but there was an emblem that was not put on and had to be ordered. He said this business should have noticed that the emblem was missing. He said a spare tire and jack were thrown in the back of his vehicle and a plastic broken part was left in his cup holder. There is a bracket on the bottom of the vehicle for the jack and spare and they should have been put away properly. They also should not have left broken parts in the cup holder. He said he felt this showed lack of respect for his vehicle and it was poor customer service. They did not keep him adequately informed during the second week of the repair.
