Spoke with Joseph. He said there was some miscommunication during the repairs because there was no insurance company involved.The party who damaged the vehicle agreed to pay for the repairs.They had some miscommunication between the party paying and the business. They also called from the business and told his wife a window had been smashed and they would be adding the cost of repair to the bill. She argued because they were the ones responsible for breaking the window. The manager took over the situation and straightened everything out. The business took care of the cost of the window. They told him the battery in the vehicle was bad because it had gone dead 2 times but there was nothing wrong with the battery before the accident. He did not elaborate on what was done about the battery. He has used this business before and they did a great job. The final results of their work on this visit was also great and he really appreciated the manager's efforts to straighten out any miscommunication.

Maryjanes car needed to have the door disassembled to have it repainted. The glass must be removed in order to take the door handle out. Unfortunatly the glass broke when we unbolted the track. In our opinion the glass was too tight but the bottom line is it broke. We ended up paying for the new glass to keep the customer happy. The battery was weak but with a little charge it was fine. In the end they were happy and we did a little extra cleaning to make the experience better
