Teresa said they were just very friendly and personal. They weren't rushed and really took the time to listen to her concerns. They were very customer focused. They even took her back inside and showed her on the computer screen the individual parts they were looking at, such as the bumper. She has never had anyone do that before, but they took the time to explain all the things a customer can't see that have to be taken into consideration. Andrea and Barry were very good about communicating, letting her know the status and keeping her up to date. She researched online, and she could see why this business has an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.
