Julie said Andrea was awesome and the service from her was fantastic. A wrong part was ordered. Also, this business wasn't able to fix the air conditioning at the time. She said her advisor was cocky and arrogant. It ended up being about 2 days late. Her vehicle was taken to a different business to help figure out the problem with the air conditioning. She's satisfied with the treatment from the personnel, except for her advisor. The reason she wouldn't recommend this business is because of him.

This review was very disappointing. I actually helped her and took the car to the dealer so we could determine the problem. It ended up being a cut wire.Once I read this review  I called Julie and appologized , my intension is never to come across cocky or arrogant. Olaf
