Thomas said he called the business the first time and the representative said he would call him back but there was no return call. A week later he called again, and the same thing happened. It took him three times before he was actually able to speak with someone to find out what was going on with his vehicle. When he finally got to talk to the manager he found out that it had been painted for twelve days. The representative said that he just forgot to call him and tell him that his vehicle was ready. They had his vehicle for over a month, and even though there was no promise date it still took a long time for a simple repair. He was not satisfied with the updates or communication for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. He will not be returning.

just to clarify, Thomas dropped off a loose flair to have us paint it. There was some mix-up with us not having the correct paint code and we didnt return his call when we should have. The flair was painted once we had the paint code and yes it did sit for a couple weeks before he returned but we installed it on the spot and he was done in 30 minutes. I spoke with him and appologized for the miscommunication
