Jeff said he needs to make arrangements to bring his vehicle back in because the fender needs to be buffed out. They replaced the fender with a used fender and it needed to be reshaped and buffed out. There was still some paint on the fender. He said he paid almost $2,000 for the repairs and he was expecting that they use new parts, not reconditioned ones. His vehicle was 2 or 3 days late because there was also parts and shipping issues. He was kept updated during the repair process. Andrea did a really good job with the estimate. The staff was phenomenal and there weren't any hidden costs or surprises. It is a very well run business and he trusts them.
