Jennifer said her overall experience with them could've been better. They had her vehicle for 3 weeks. They said they couldn't find the last part. She found it online. She didn't like the fact they were driving her vehicle around at over 55 miles per hour. They passed her husband going at a fast rate of speed on the highway. She doesn't mind them test driving her vehicle but not driving over the speed limit. They put 7 miles on her vehicle. She gets 18 miles to the gallon, but they only got 13, which also shows they were driving too fast. There was no promised time. They put on a new bumper. She noticed a scratch in the paint on the new bumper. She's going to try to buff it out herself and not go back to them. She had no shop communication. She has already told her insurance.
