Spoke with Brenda. She said when the business told them the vehicle was ready, it was not. She was not satisfied with the communication because there were three different days they were told the vehicle was ready. She did not elaborate as to the length of the delays. When she finally went to get it, she noticed the pinstripe had not yet been put on. She had to wait for it to be done. She said she would return because they did do a good job on the vehicle, but they just need to finish it in a timely manner.

We are certainly sorry for the delays. We did have an issue receiving a correct Kia part but I'm always sad when the comunication lacks on our part. We appreciate the business and will work on comunicating better. Olaf
