Douglas said he was not satisfied with the body work because he can still see some dents. There was some miscommunication about the work he wanted done and what they could actually do. He tried to speak with Barry so that they could take responsibility but Barry pushed it back on him. Barry tried to tell him that he did not communicate what he needed beforehand. He did not appreciate that. The original estimate was not honored because they wanted more money for work they did not know how to do. They wound up repairing only one part. He was not satisfied with the communication because they did not tell him up front that they could not perform certain types of repairs. He would not recommend them to others and he will not be returning to them for the reasons mentioned.
