Spoke with Annette. Annette said the personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. She said the business did not call to keep them adequately informed. She had to initiate calls and the business did not let them know of more charges to their bill. It was important to Annette that extra charges be declared because they are on a limited govenment income and they were only prepared to pay part of the extra costs incurred. She said she was surprised at an extra charge when they picked up the vehicle.
