Debra said she had to take the vehicle back three times because the person that is supposed to oversee quality control did not do the job. She now has an appointment for Monday for things that are unacceptable, such as pieces not put back together, a door where one can see the rust and a leaking trunk. She stated that she was not given a promise time the vehicle would be ready, nor was this business responsible for the estimate. She said this business left piles of dirt, a pair of underwear, and adhesive on her seat. Lastly she mentioned that Julia has been nice to her. For these reasons she would not recommend this business to others.
