Amy said her vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday but wasn't ready until the following Tuesday. She wasn't satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because James the estimator was very rude to her and was arguing with her over whether her vehicle had a face plate on the license plate or not. She said she wouldn't recommend the business because of James’s poor customer service.
