Thank you for taking the time to repsond to our survey as we value our Customer's input.
We appologize for the misunderstanding, it is our practice to tell our Customers how much the work is going to cost in addition to the diagnosis time, and then provide the total of the investment including diagnosis and fix time, probably much like you did when you owned this station. If we were not clear this time we understand your frustration, and will make a better effort next time.
Knowing the business as well as you do, I hope that you would agree that you were provided quality service at a more than fair price.
