Logan said he had a few questions for his mechanic, but he was unable to ask them. He said he would have been satisfied if he were actually able to meet his mechanic so he could have asked the questions personally.

We are not sure what Logan wanted to discuss or whether the technicians had already left for the day, as the service was the day before Thanks Giving and they left a little early. Our technicians are normally very available to discuss the vehicles and this service was an oil service and brake pad replacement, with no complications.
