Disappointed
I was a little disappointed that I was charged almost $100 to "clean" my gear switch from sticking and it did nothing to help the problem. I also had other services completed which ran over $400.

Our shop was very disapointed that our initial solution did not work, so our remedy was to replace a part at our cost and to charge no labor for the installation of the part, to make up for the labor charged originally that did not solve the problem.
