We are sorry this particular Customer feels this way however we are greatful that his opinion is an isolated case. This Customer has a rotting exhaust system and not very well maintained 11 year old vehicle. He just plain did not like the diagnosis of work required to bring the car up to standard. He picked up the car when only a cashier was on duty and refused to pay for diagnosis work that was performed. We have not gpursued him in the legal system as we prefer not to service Customers such as this. As we said at the start we have much gratitude that this opinion is a very isolated incident, and that our cashier dealt with this very disgruntled Customer without making matters worse. bud e.
