Bret said he would like to thank this business for a job well done. He mentioned that he was in to have some warranty work redone because this business did a pitiful job with the repair the first time. There was no need for the business to call him during the repair process and there wasn?t any communication with this business.

The first manager that the customer dealt with is no longer employed by Sprayglo, the second one is. I don't think that much more needs to be said.

David rated his overall experience a 3 because of the quality of the paint work. He said the quality of the repair was decent, but the paint was the wrong color and it had all kinds of bumps and particles in the paint. He has had to take his vehicle back 2 or 3 times for them to work on it and because of this he will not recommend this facility.

I spoke with the customer and asked them to bring the vehicle to me so that we could fix ANY problems that may be present. I scheduled the customer an appointment for the following Saturday. The customer did not show and I was unable to reach them by phone any longer.

Perla said she gave the two because the work was not good quality. The dents were repaired but the paint was not good. She said it looks dull and she wanted metallic black but that is not what she got. When she first went in for an estimate she was told she was buying the top of the line package but when the vehicle was finished, she told them it did not look as good as they told her it would look. Chris or Mike told her if she wanted better quality she should have gone to a professional shop. Because of this work she would not recommend them to others.

I spoke with Perla and scheduled her a time to bring her vehicle back so that we could correct her issues. We allowed her to pick a different color because of her issue with the first color. Also, her paint was dull due to "Orange Peel" in her old primer on some old bodywork. We reworked these spots since we should have seen them the firsty time and let her know. We repainted the entire vehicle and she was completely satisfied when she saw it.

Upon return we inspected the wiper assy and the nut was loose. The lights were removed for the color change and upon reinstallation the connection was not made sufficiently to have the lamps operate at proper levels.
