Ella said she was not kept adequately informed because they had her vehicle over the labor day weekend. The manager was very professional and helpful. He helped her get a discount for the rental vehicle.

Freda said she was not happy with her experience. The paint work was not done properly. They did not sand or buff the vehicle. They just spray painted over the scratches and bumps. Yhey did not keep her adequately informed during the repair process, the only time they called was to tell her the vehicle was ready.

Claude said when he went in to pick up his vehicle he could see the body work was not done well. He could still see the dent. The paint did not match at all. It was much darker than the emerald green on the vehicle. He could see bubbles in the paint and some over spray. He told them to do it over to get it right and they said it would take 2 more days. The business still has the vehicle. He found this business on the internet and along with others he called for information. The gentleman he spoke with was very personable, nice and convincing that they would guarantee a good job. He sold him, but he is not satisfied with the work they did. He said he feels like he wants to take it somewhere else, but he will see what it looks like when he gets it back. He and his wife both go to different schools and the delay is very inconvenient for both of them. At this time he would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.

Whenever there is a problem during the repair of a vehicle, we will always do as much as possible to rectify the problem and satisfy our customers. As in this case, we went to great lengths to endure that no customer leaves a Sprayglo experience with negative feelings.

Jennifer said there were flaws in the paint work, but she chose not to elaborate further. However she mentioned the vehicle has been returned to the business and the flaws are being corrected. Jennifer added she had the vehicle repaired at this business because of the price.

Calvin said a 2 rating instead of a 5 when it comes to his satisfaction with his overall experience. Some paint was found on his rims, tires and on the inside of his vehicle. It wasn't a good job and not a lot of detailing was done. The reason he wouldn't recommend this business to others is because of some paint found on his rim, tires and on the inside of his vehicle.

Mike said he rated them a 4 for his overall experience because they did not paint his whole van. They missed some spots on it. He chose not to answer if they kept him adequately informed, because he didn't have any questions for them. He didn't have any communication with them. Mike said he would not recommend this facility because he paid them to paint his van and they didn't paint it all.

Donnie said he's not happy with the paint work or the customer service either. He needs to bring his vehicle back as a result. An employee he was dealing with went on vacation and a substitute was used instead. Some fingerprints were found and the entire bumper didn't get covered well. There's also some overspray that was found on his windshield and rims. It ended up taking 2 or 3 days longer to get his vehicle back and the reason for the delay had to do with redoing the paint job. He wasn't kept adequately informed and he was the one who called to see what was happening. He is not satisfied with the communication because he was not informed about the delay. He wouldn't recommend this business to others because the paint job was bad and the substitute wouldn't listen to him.

Mike said that the quality of the paint work is all right in some parts but there is over flow on the hood and other parts of the body. There are visible wrinkles in the paint. Mike mentioned that there was no communication between himself and the business between drop off and pick up. He is hesitant at this time to recommend the business because of all the things he experienced. The business could make up for it by applying the paint on his vehicle. He said that the paint job was completed to contract but not his liking.
