James said he would of rated the business higher if the paint job on his vehicle was done to his satisfaction. He said there were spots on the paint from when they painted his tire covers. The person that he dealt with his vehicle went on vacation. He said he felt his vehicle was not the business high priority because they kept promising his vehicle and it didn't get done. He said when the person came back from vacation his car was done and did apologize about the delay on his vehicle.

I just checked your invoice. The vehicle was dropped off on the 13th and you picked it up on the 15th. This is a very reasonable turn around time on a complete paint service. Also, this was completed the day before Wes, the regular manager, went on vacation. If you came back for some reason and Wes was on vacation, I apologize. Everyone needs a break now and then. The downside to this is that someone who is not familiar with the details of the day-to-day operations in that store has to fill in for a week. If there were any unresolved issue, I'm confident that Wes has or will resolve it for you.
