Sherman gave a 3 rating instead of a 5 when it came to his satisfaction with his overall experience because they attempted to get the spoiler painted. However, he ended up bringing his vehicle back to this business a second time because the paint was bubbling. He couldn't say if he's satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate because he didn't have an estimate performed. The reason he wouldn't recommend this business to others is because he ended up bringing his vehicle back to this business for a second time. Overall, he suggested to perform the work right the first time so a second trip wouldn't be necessary.
