The visor that covers the sunroof was not reinstalled. There was paint left on the headlights. The vehicle was 45 minutes late. The business said it was because they were drying off the vehicle. The business could have told him that they needed more time and he could pick up the vehicle at a later hour, but they did not. He said he was not updated during the visit. The business called him when the vehicle was almost done and gave him a choice of times to come in and pick it up. He chose the earliest time, not realizing the work would not be entirely finished.
