Bernard said they did not receive a rating of a 5 because he got his taillights tinted and they were tinted too dark. He stated he is getting stopped constantly by the police now for his taillights being too dark. He mentioned he was kept adequately informed during the repair process except he had to call in sometimes to be updated. He added the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate was great. He said he would definitely recommend this facility to others. He requested to be contacted by the management when possible to figure out what he needs to do about his taillights being too dark.
