Brandon said he was not happy with the quality of the repair because when he received his vehicle the paint was incorrect and the business painted over the sketches he did on his vehicle. His vehicle was ready two days later than promised due to the incorrect color on the vehicle. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, but he did not elaborate further. He would not recommend this business for service because of these issues.

He is absolutely right! There were key scratches(not sketches) on the vehicle that were specifically listed as areas of repair on the estimate. After the vehicle was painted and began to cure, some of those scratches became visible through the new paint. We also painted the vehicle Bright White instead of the Wimbledon White that he had chosen. Two mistakes on vehicle is embarrassing! However, we worked quickly to correct both of the issues and return the vehicle with as little inconvenience to the customer as possible. I am sorry that such a mistake would cause you to feel uncomfortable recommending us, but I hope you were happy with the results in the end. Please let us know if you ever need our services again and we will do our best to make it up to you!
