Kevin said that there is paint on his window and lock. The vehicle was 3 days late but he does not know why. They only called him to tell him to come get the vehicle after he called them. He stated that he would not recommend them for these reasons.

I see that your vehicle was dropped off on the 18th and you picked it up on the 23rd. Due to the fact that this particular job had parts to be ordered, body repairs to be made and a full paint service I think 4-5 days is the appropriate time to complete this repair. I can only assume that there was a miscommunication somewhere and for that, I apologize. I also apologize if we missed some overspray. Please come by and we'll clean those windows and locks and give you a free car wash!
