Customer got their truck painted by us and we replaced the rear decals. Customer picked up vehicle and called back a few days later saying that we cut his decal. The customer saw the decal when he picked up the truck and no issues were present then. When the customer brought the vehicle back, Jeri, the location manager went ahead and replaced the decal at no charge to the customer even though there were no problems when the vehicle left. We replaced the decal and the customer left satisfied.
