Charles said he was not satisfied with the paint and body work because he can see the paint running down the panel of the door. He said he can also see minimal dents. He was not satisfied with the person that prepared his estimate because they gave him an estimate that was expired so they gave him a new one. He said this new estimate is higher than the old one. That is also the reason why he would not recommend this business.

Customer brought his vehicle back and we corrected a run in the door. The dents that he is referring to were pointed out to him, however, he refused to pay to have them repaired. As far as his estimate being expired, he came in about 8 months ago to get an estimate on the same vehicle. I personally gave him an estimate and it states clearly that it is only good for 30 days. He brought his vehicle in recently to get work done and was unhappy that the price was slightly higher. The reason for the difference was that a special was in effect for the first estimate but had been expired for 6 months when he received his second estimate.
