Jared said the person who prepared his estimate had left off some parts needed to complete the repair. The estimator had also agreed to bump out a dent as part of the repair. Since the parts should have been included as part of the insurance claim they would have to be paid for by the customer. The vehicle was picked up on a Friday and then returned for two days to have the dent removed. Due to the estimator missing parts needed as part of the repair he is not satisfied with the way the estimate was prepared. James said the man who did his estimate is no longer at the facility and the personnel have tried very hard to make the problem right working with him.
